In a friendly and safe group environment, we’ll explore a range of functional postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (yoga nidra). Each week will have a different focus and upon completion of the course you’ll have a firm foundation of knowledge and the confidence to start a regular practice. You’ll also gain an understanding of the benefits a regular practice can bring to many aspects of day to day life.
Graduates of the Hatha Yoga Basics Course are welcome to join us at our later class: Hatha Yoga Sunday to develop the skills they’ve learned.
