In a friendly and safe group environment, we’ll explore a range of functional postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (yoga nidra). Each week will have a different focus and upon completion of the course you’ll have a firm foundation of knowledge and the confidence to start a regular practice. You’ll also gain an understanding of the benefits a regular practice can bring to many aspects of day to day life.
Graduates of the Hatha Yoga Basics Course are welcome to join us in our other classes to develop the skills they’ve learned.
