Every single day we lose ourselves in the many roles we play, in the many things we do, and in the many labels we identify ourselves with. And by trying to cling to everything and everyone, and by seeking to take our value and sense of worth from outside ourselves, we slowly but surely drift away.
You-centred yoga offers mindful meditation combined with traditional Hatha yoga easy flowing from one movement to the next postures in a vinyasa sequence with minimal effort and ease. Allowing you to really contemplate on our presence in the body and connect with yourself on a deeper level, helps you enter a deep state of relaxation and it is here that you can let go of physical, mental and emotional tension and allow the body to start to relax, heal and return to your true nature. Feeling restored.
