A varied and fun practice, incorporating functional postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (yoga nidra).
We’ll prepare ourselves for Monday morning by moving with awareness and setting intentions for the week ahead.
All abilities welcome. Ideal as a follow on from the Hatha Yoga Basics Course.
