Hatha Yoga – Sunday

Ability Level: Mixed Abilities, Beginners, Intermediate, Advance

Take some time to relax and reflect at the end of your week with our Hatha Yoga Sunday class.

A varied and fun practice, incorporating functional postures (asana), breathing practices (pranayama) and relaxation techniques (yoga nidra).

We’ll prepare ourselves for Monday morning by moving with awareness and setting intentions for the week ahead.

All abilities welcome. Ideal as a follow on from the Hatha Yoga Basics Course.

Time: 6.30pm-8.00pm

£5 for the first class

£30  (standing order due on 1st of the month)
