Each week our class will be a mix of Yoga, Meditation, Mantra, Pranayama (breathing), and relaxation.
On the physical level we are pushing and strengthening our bodies and nervous systems to enable us to hold ourselves with better grace and to make better decisions in times of stress.
We are also teaching our bodies how to relax properly which helps us stay relaxed under the stress of everyday life.
So as well as a “De-stress” it’s a “Protect yourself from becoming stressed”
