Mandala is a geometrical, usually circular figure representing the universe and Vinyasa is a type of yoga when we coordinate movements with our breath to flow from one pose to the next.

Based on the 4 basic elements, the Fire, the Water, the Earth and the Air – Mandala Vinyasa Flow connects each element with a specific area of the body, integrating the spiral patterns that nature uses and exploring circular movements with our bodies, moving 360º around the mat.
On a physical level, we flow and move with the breath, working on a particular element.
Friday 8th March we will focus on the FIRE aspect. Working on twists, the flutes and our IT bands. Energetically we will be activating Manipura Chakra, our solar plexus, related with our will power and ego identity.
Friday 12th April we will focus on the WATER aspect. We will be working on our hips and groins. Energetically we will be activating Svadhisthana, the Sacral Chakra, our source of movement and connection, related with our reproductive system.
