Wake Up Yoga

Get your morning off to the best start with a calm, gently stretching class that prepares the body and mind for the day ahead.

Becky will lead you through the perfect morning blend of hatha, yin, vinyasa flow, somatics and breathwork to ensure you start your day in the best possible way. Expect lots of floor-based postures that allow you to wake the body up gradually, as well as simple meditation and pranayama (breath) practices that bring the mind into the here and now.

We’ll slowly build to some stronger, energising poses that warm the body up and allow you to take on the day feeling relaxed and positive.
