We will focus on restoring our balance emotionally and physically. The session will involve some accessible yoga, reflection time, aromatherapy oils and yoga nidra deep relaxation. We will also enjoy tea and healthy snack and a good chat.
This event is suitable for beginners as well as experienced yogis. It is a perfect introduction to yoga for those wishing to try it with no commitment.
