George has always had a keen interest sport and fitness and discovered Yoga when suffering from lower back issues and looking for something to improve flexibility for snowboarding. Over the last 10 years his practice has gradually become more of a holistic life style. He enjoys practicing a broad range of Yoga from meditation and Yin to Ashtanga and Hot Power Yoga. George also is interested in Yogic history and philosophy.
His main focus is Kundalini Yoga and he has a particular passion for mantra based meditation and Kirtan music. He is currently doing his teacher training in Kundalini Yoga as taught by Yogi Bhajan.
George didn’t really set out to become a Yoga teacher at first but the transformation and positive effect that Yoga has had on all aspects of his life compelled him to want to share the magic!
